When I tell you no detail is too small for her I kid you not - during the inspection process she not only makes sure she's present for the inspection she has no hesitation calling experts to ensure every concern is addressed and there are no surprises; she does not accept mediocrity from anyone involved in the transaction and constantly ensures we are covered often on her own additional time and expense. We absolutely felt like her family - her attention to us made us feel like we were her only clients even though I know she was helping many other families at the same time. I genuinely believe Lou Ann cared as much or more than we did about the success of the transaction and our satisfaction. She worked incredibly hard for us and maybe most impressive of all was her follow-through even after the transaction closed.
