Lou Ann was always available and very prompt in getting information to us and questions answered. She definitely cares about her clients and puts them first! She is very knowledgeable in not only the house buying process but also many other areas…construction wise codes etc. which we found to be helpful. I simply don't know how she accomplishes half of what she does in any given day. To say she gives everyone 110% of her time and ability would be an understatement. Lou Ann has assisted in finding all 3 of our children who are students at the University of Arkansas safe reliable and beautiful homes. She treats each of them like they were her own children and truly has their safety and well being at heart. She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the real-estate process and procedures with no pressure or pushing other than when needed. I always felt like she had my best interests at the fore front and her only customer which I knew better but that was how I was treated.I have many years of commercial construction experience so I knew enough about construction to shorten the process to sometimes just a quick walk thru.
